StrongStart Sea to Sky is a free, drop-in, play-based early learning program for children from birth to age five and their caregivers, offered by Sea to Sky Community Services in partnership with School District 48 and funded by the Ministry of Education and Child Care. Programs run at elementary schools in Squamish and Pemberton, creating welcoming spaces where children and caregivers learn together through play, stories, music, movement, and art. Led by qualified early childhood educators, StrongStart supports early development, builds community, and helps ease the transition to kindergarten while offering connection, resources, and healthy snacks for families.

New participants must register at the StrongStart locations with the child’s birth certificate.
