Helping You Help Your Child Learn and Grow

S.P.A.R.K. is a free virtual program for parents and caregivers of children from newborn to age five, focused on supporting early learning through play, relationships, and everyday experiences. Families join engaging, age-specific sessions once each fall, winter, and spring with other caregivers, gaining practical strategies and learning materials along the way. Grounded in the BC Early Learning Framework, S.P.A.R.K. fosters connection, reflection, and confidence as children grow. Families can also opt into Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, receiving a free monthly book until their child turns five.

For children from birth to age 5 and their caregivers.
