Healthy Pregnancy Outreach Program (HPOP)

Pregnancy and early parenthood can be joyful and overwhelming in equal measure. HPOP creates a space where caregivers can show up as they are, ask questions, share a meal, and find the kind of community that makes those early months a little easier to navigate.

Weekly drop-in support, connection, and nutrition resources for pregnant caregivers and new parents

Building a Community of Care

Sea to Sky Community Services’ Healthy Pregnancy Outreach Program (HPOP) supports pregnant caregivers and those with babies up to six months old by promoting physical well-being, mental health, and healthy infant development. The program offers weekly drop-in discussion groups, a cooking club, and one-on-one support, creating a welcoming space for connection, learning, and community. Participants can access nutrition education, resources, and social support during a time that can often feel isolating.
