The Infant Development Program supports families with children from birth to age three who may be at risk for, or experiencing, developmental delays. Infant development consultants provide home visits, developmental assessments, personalized activity plans, and referrals to other services as needed. The program also offers drop-in groups where children can play, learn, and socialize in a supportive environment while caregivers connect with trained consultants.

Families with children from birth to age 3 who are identified as being at risk for, or experiencing, a developmental delay in one or more areas, such as language, movement, or cognitive development, may be eligible for this program.
Referrals can be made by caregivers or professionals with family consent.
