Family Support

No family is without its challenges, and no one should have to face them without support. This program is built on the belief that with the right tools and a trusted person in their corner, caregivers can create real, lasting change for their children and themselves.

Practical Support for the Everyday Work of Parenting

The Family Support Services program helps parents strengthen their skills and enhance overall family well-being. Working collaboratively with caregivers, staff develop individualized plans that may include counselling, household management guidance, referrals, and support with parent-teen communication.

Eligibility & Referral

Family has child(ren) under the age of 19 and is experiencing issues related to the care of their child(ren). The length of service for this program is three months with extensions, as required.
