The Community Victim Services program provides free, confidential support to women, men, youth, and children in the Southern Stl’atl’imx Communities who have experienced crime or trauma. The program assists victims of relationship violence, family violence, sexual assault (recent or past), child sexual abuse, and criminal harassment. Services include emotional support, practical assistance, court accompaniment, information, and referrals to community resources. This program supports both individuals and families as they navigate recovery and the justice system.
Individuals who have experienced abuse in relationships, family violence, sexual assault (recent or historical), childhood abuse, or criminal harassment are eligible to access Community Based Victim Services, regardless of whether the incident has been reported to police.
