In the Sea to Sky, mental health is shaped not just by personal struggles, but by where we live.
Whether you live in the more remote reaches of our region, where support can feel distant, or you live closer to a city centre where support is easier to access, one thing is clear: mental health support matters.
In a region that is connected by a single highway, but shaped by diverse experiences and challenges, we meet people where they are. Through floods, fires, and everyday struggles, we offer free and low-barrier mental health services for youth, adults, and families, including:
- Youth and Family Counselling
- Adult Mental Health
- Foundry Sea to Sky (ages 12 -24)
- Outreach, Navigation, and Peer Support
- Trauma and Crisis Counselling
You’re not alone. Help is here, wherever you are in the the Sea to Sky.
